Monster Granola
2C. Oats
1/4C. coconut oil
1/4C. peanut butter
1/4C. brn sugar
1/3C. raw honey
1TBSP. vanilla
1/3C. M&M’s
pinch of salt
Directions
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. spread on a parchment paper lined pan. Cook for 20 minutes. open oven and stir and spread out again and compact down if you want chunks. Cook for an additional 10-20 minutes depending how golden and crunchy you want your granola. Let cool and break apart.
Enjoy!
Homemade Granola

1/4C. Chopped Almonds
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4C. coconut oil
1/3C. honey
1TBSP. vanilla

1/4C. dried fruit, optional
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

Oatmeal cookies
1/2 C. Butter, soft
3/4 C. Brn. Sugar
3/4 C. Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
3 C. Quick Oats
1/2 C. Chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and oats. Mix well. Add in chocolate chips or raisins if so desired.
Scoop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and cook for 8-10minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
Enjoy!
Banana Bread
1 Cup Butter, soft
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
1 cup walnuts, chopped(optional)
4 medium bananas
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 9×5 loaf pans.Â
In a large bowl stir butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. mix well.Â
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and stir until smooth.
fold in bananas, sour cream, and walnuts(optional).Â
Spread evenly in greased loaf pans.Â
Place in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before cooling on a cooling rack.
Fun M&M cookies
2 C. Flour            3/4 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda               1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt               1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C. butter            1 1/2 C. m&msÂ
3/4 C. sugar            1/4 C. sprinkles
Directions                          Â
Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla.Â
Mix in dry ingredients. Add in m&m’s and sprinkles.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.Â
Pita Bread
1C. Lukewarm water
1TBSP. Sugar
2 1/4 tsp. Active dry yeast
3C. Flour
1TBSP. Olive oil
1 3/4 tsp. Salt
Directions
Add water, sugar, yeast, and 1 cup of flour in a medium bowl. Set aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes it should look a little bubbly.Â
Add in olive oil, salt, and 1 1/2 C. Flour. Mix on low with a dough hook until it doesn’t stick to the bowl, add a little flour at a time if needed.Â
Knead the dough for 5-6 minutes. Oil the bowl and put the dough ball in the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about an hour.Â
After the dough rises double in size put on a floured surface and cut into 8 pieces. Make pieces into balls and let rest for 10 minutes.Â
Roll out dough balls flat to 1/4 inch thick. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
oil a pan and cook the flat dough for 2-3 minutes on each side.Â

Almond Thumbprint cookies
1C. butter, soft
2/3C. sugar
1/2tsp. almond extract
2C. flour
1/2C. raspberry jam(or any of your favorite jams)
Directions
Beat butter then add sugar and almond extract. Beat in flour. Cover and chill for 1hr.(optional). shape balls, put thumbprint, and fill with jam. sprinkle with sugar. preheat oven to 350 degrees. cook for 10-12 minutes. Until the edges are golden brown.
Spice Cake
1 1/3C. flour            2 eggs
3/4tsp. baking powder   2/3C. sour cream
3/4tsp. baking soda      1 1/2TBSP. cinnamonÂ
6TBSP. butter, soft       1tsp. cloves
1/2tsp. salt              1tsp. fresh ginger
2/3C. sugar              1/2tsp. nutmeg
1tsp. vanillaÂ
Directions
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in half dry and then half sour cream until all mixed. Fill cupcake tin.Â
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Let cool.    Makes 12 cupcakes.
Pull-Apart cinnamon rolls
12 Rhodes dinner rolls
3/4C. butter, melted
1C. sugar
1C. brn. sugar
2TBSP. cinnamon
1/4tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Thaw rolls for 1-2hrs. once the rolls are thawed melt the butter in a small bowl. Mix sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Cut rolls into pieces and flatten with a rolling pin. Dip in butter, then in sugar mixture. Cut thein in half and put in pan.Â
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook for 10-15minutes. Let cool, add frosting, and enjoy!
Cream cheese frosting
6 TBSP. cream cheese, soft
1/4C. butter. soft
1 1/2C. powdered sugar
1/2tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Beat cream cheese and butter together. Add in powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Mix in vanilla. Beat the frosting for a few minutes and enjoy!
No-Bake Cookies
1C. sugar       1/4C. peanut butter
1/4 C. cocoa      1/2tsp. vanilla
1/4C. milk        1 1/2C. oats
1/4C. butter      1/2C. coconut
Directions
Boil sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in a saucepan on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Then add peanut butter and vanilla and take off the burner. Mix in oats and coconut. drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
Let cool and enjoy.Â
Homemade country biscuits
5 C. Flour               1 C. butter (2 cubes)
1/4 C. sugar             2 packages dry yeast(4 1/2tsp)
3tsp. baking powder      2 TBSP. warm water
1tsp. salt                2 C. buttermilk
1tsp. baking soda
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut in butter until fine like cornmeal. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add with buttermilk to dry mixture. Knead dough 5 to 6 times. Roll out the dough and cut your biscuits. Brush with butter.
Bake @ 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.Â
Moist Zucchini Bread
2 1/4 C. sugar          3 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. oil                1tsp. saltÂ
3 eggs                1tsp. baking soda
3tsp. vanilla            1tsp. baking powder
2 C. grated zucchini
3 C. flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two 8×4 loaf pans. Mix sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl. Add flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add shredded zucchini. Mix in well. Pour evenly in pans.Â
Bake for 45-55 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
coconut macaroons
1/2 C. egg whites (4 egg whites)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanillaÂ
3 C. shredded coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat egg whites and salt together until you have soft peaks. gradually add sugar and beat for a few minutes until you get stiff peaks. Beat in vanilla and then fold in coconut.Â
Drop spoonfuls on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20minutes or until firm to touch and golden brown. Let cool. Â
Sugar cookie recipe
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour    Â
1 c. Butter
1c. + 2TBS sugar
2 eggs
1/2tsp. salt
1tsp vanilla extractÂ
1tsp. almond extract
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together in a medium bowl until fluffy. Add eggs and extracts and beat for a few minutes. Add flour and salt, do not over mix. Divide into two sections and wrap in plastic for 1-2 hours. Roll out dough and cut out shapes. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes.Â
Royal icing
5 c. powdered sugar Â
2-3 egg whites      Â
1/2tsp vanilla extract Â
1/2tsp almond extract
Directions         Â
Sift powdered sugar into a medium bowl. Add in 2 egg whites, vanilla, and almond. If icing is clumpy add small amounts of egg whites until it is soft but thick. Now you can add water or leftover egg whites for the desired consistency and desired color.Â
