I saw a post by a friend not too long ago about making homemade granola recipe so i decided to make my own granola recipe. The recipe turned out amazing! After a couple trials i found the perfect combination. I like mine a little sweeter so if you don’t like or want it very sweet I would just not include the brown sugar. Step-by-Step Instructions
Here are the ingredients and untensils you will need.

So you will put 2C. Oats, 1/4C coconut oil, 1 tsp. heaping cinnamon, pinch of salt, 1/4C. raw local honey, 1/4C. brn. sugar, 1TBSP vanilla, 1/2C. shredded coconut (optional), 1/4C. chopped almonds (optional), 1/4C. dried fruit (optional) in a bowl and stir them up until they are well combined.
For the monster granola DON’T put any cinnamon, almonds, coconut or dried fruit and add 1/4C. peanutbutter and 1/3C. M&M’s.

Preheat oven to 300 dgrees and bake for 20 minutes. Open oven and stir granola and if you want chunks of granola(my favorite) then you will want to press the granola down so it is compact. Cook for an additional 10-20 minutes depending how crunchy and golden you want your granola.
Once cooled or mostly cooled break granola into pieces and enjoy!
